Placing an Order

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Order Processing & Shipping

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas in Asia. We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, customs processing, or carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. Our standard policy, excluding Final Sale items, is as follows:

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: You must first contact our customer care at [email protected] within the 15-day window to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may be delayed.
• Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
• Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. If an exchange item is not available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative (refund or store credit).
